In the fourth quarter of 2024, the top communication apps in Portugal exhibited diverse performance trends in terms of weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. Data sourced from Sensor Tower provides insights into these metrics for Telegram, Discord - Talk, Play, Hang Out, Sync.ME: Caller ID & Contacts, Skype, and CallApp: Caller ID & Block.

Telegram from Telegram FZ-LLC showed a steady increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $7.4K in late November. Weekly downloads also trended upward, reaching around 17.3K in December. Active users grew from 1.4M to nearly 1.6M by the end of the quarter.

Discord - Talk, Play, Hang Out from Discord Inc. experienced fluctuations in weekly revenue, with a peak of approximately $4.8K in late December. Downloads remained relatively stable, with a notable increase to 8.2K in the week before Christmas. The active user base showed a slight upward trend, ending the quarter at around 400K.

Sync.ME: Caller ID & Contacts by Sync.ME Caller ID saw its revenue peaking at $5.9K in late November. Weekly downloads fluctuated, peaking at 8.7K in October. Active users increased to 373K at the beginning of December.
